Standly Solutions Consulting operates from an intentional space that centers the experiences of those most marginalized—women of color, Black women, Black trans womxn, the Black queer community, and their families.

 

We center you and your experiences and deeply understand the need for grassroots, regional, statewide, national and global non-profit organizations or non-governmental organizations who serve, empower and advocate for women of color, their families, and communities.

 

We embrace and uplift our clients who are committed to transformative change from a racial justice lens, a radical analysis, and a human rights perspective. We accompany, strengthen and compliment your work to get us free.

 

Standly Solutions Consulting leverages over 28 years of management experience in large, highly structured, grant-funded, majority-led non-profit organizations, to build your capacity and strengthen your infrastructure to impact meaningful change in our communities.

Standly Solutions Consulting has a team of amazing Program Associates, all women of color, who have extensive programmatic, policy and organizing expertise in the fields of civil rights, racial justice, and social justice. These Program Associates provide technical support and project management on a variety of client engagements.

Benétta M. Standly

Founder &

Principal Consultant

Benétta M. Standly is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Standly Solutions Consulting, LLC, a boutique organizational development consulting firm serving non-profit organizations worldwide over the past 10 years.

​

Consulting projects range from securing tax exemption, strategic planning, creating accounting systems, establishing human resources departments, establishing board of directors, writing organizational policies and procedures, crisis management, conflict resolution, serving as interim executive director to personnel administration, board development, and executive coaching.

​

Ms. Standly’s clients are all social justice non-profits led by people of color serving people of color, where she leverages her expertise in non-profit management, civil rights, racial, economic and reproductive justice as well as human rights to strengthen her client’s capacity and infrastructure.

​

Ms. Standly previously worked with the American Civil Liberties Union in three (3) southern states—Georgia, Florida and Washington, DC, in executive director or senior leadership positions.

​

Prior to that, she held various management positions with L.A. Care Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest Medicaid Managed Care organizations, serving culturally and linguistically diverse, indigent mothers and their children.

​

Ms. Standly received both her Master’s in Public Policy & Administration and Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

 

Ms. Standly is a proud native of South Central Los Angeles, California, the baby of the family, and adores her 28 nieces and nephews. She is a voracious reader and enjoys traveling abroad, visiting museums, exploring botanical gardens, and crafting of all kinds.
