ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Conduct time-sensitive Board-directed internal investigations including organizational scans, documentation review, and confidential interviews.

  • Produce a detailed report of findings with recommended strategies, actions, and next steps.

  • Investigate staff or board incidents, conflicts and/or struggles.

  • Design survey instrument.

  • Schedule and conduct staff and stakeholder interviews.

  • Document interview findings into a rubric or matrix.

  • Draft a memorandum of findings or report.

  • Schedule and lead a debrief session with the Board Chair or Executive Director.
